How the EU Legal Guarantee Applies to Ohuhu Products
The EU legal guarantee of conformity applies to Ohuhu products sold to consumers in the European Union. It covers goods that do not conform to the applicable legal requirements, subject to applicable EU and national law.
For products containing consumable materials, such as alcohol marker ink, the minimum two-year legal guarantee does not mean that the consumable material is guaranteed to remain usable for two years. Normal consumption or depletion of ink through use does not, by itself, constitute a lack of conformity.

We will handle your claim in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer protection laws.
